Transparent Refund Process

At Online Plots Registration, we are committed to maintaining a transparent and fair refund process for applicants and allottees.

Refund Timeline

All unsuccessful applications will be refunded within 30 days from the date of allotment.

Refunds will be processed to the same account provided at the time of application.

Full Refund for Unsuccessful Applications If the allotment is not confirmed, a 100% refund will be issued without any deductions.

If an allottee cancels their allotment, a cancellation charge of ₹11,000/- may apply.

If no response is received from the allottee, refund will be processed after due diligence.

Cancellation refunds will be processed within 45 days after verification.

Refunds will be made only through NEFT/RTGS, DD, or Cheque.

Any disputes shall be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.

If unresolved, the aggrieved party may approach the adjudicating officer under the Real Estate Act.

Courts at Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
